1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Polish Sounds ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. What the app is

Polish Sounds is an educational mobile application that provides audio, video, and interactive exercises for learning Polish pronunciation. It is published by Andres [last name] ("we", "us").

3. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the app for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Sublicense or resell access to the app

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
  • Attempt to interfere with the app's functionality or servers
  • Access the app through automated means

5. In-app purchases

Remove Ads ($2.99, one-time purchase): Removes all advertising from the app permanently, on the purchasing device/account. This is a non-consumable purchase — it is restored free of charge if you reinstall the app or switch devices using the same Apple ID or Google Play account (use Settings → Restore Purchases).

Purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) under their respective terms. We do not have access to your payment information. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple/Google refund policies.

6. Intellectual property

All audio recordings, video clips, lesson content, and software in the app are owned by or licensed to us. The Polish language itself is in the public domain. You may not reproduce or distribute our audio recordings or lesson content without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The app will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The pronunciation guidance is sufficient for professional language certification
  • The app will be available at any specific time

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for any in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to the app or terms

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via the app.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state]. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [your jurisdiction].
